The Mukpo family is thrilled to share good news about Ashoka with our Shambhala community: Ashoka has been steadily improving over the past 48 hours. He has been symptom-free during that time and is steadily increasing his physical strength and spirits. His appetite has returned and he is asking for food. His spirits are much more uplifted and continue to steadily improve. The team taking care of him in Nebraska now feels he has turned the corner and with time will make a full recovery.
The outpouring of concern and love for Ashoka has been moving for our family. We have felt deeply nurtured and protected by the love and prayers that have come our way. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire Shambhala community for this demonstration of the power of basic goodness.
